While EC is a recently established platform, it is built on hands-on execution expertise, disciplined cost control, and a strong operational approach, gained in both national and international markets.

Today, EC focuses on small-scale residential developments in Spain, working exclusively with licensed assets, conservative financial structures, and clearly defined exit strategies.
